On September 12 we invited expectant mums, new mums and mothers of young children for a lovely breakfast meetup at The London Project, Bluewaters Dubai, with delicious brekkie bites and savoury treats plus fun activities for everyone attending! We had a number of wonderful experts on hand discussing education, health and balanced diet, plus fashion pop-ups, crafts and more, keeping everyone entertained.

Offering advice for the whole family working together, Hartland International School hosted a fun and informative ‘Mini Hartbeats’ Early Years masterclass with different activities for parents, helping them support key areas of their child’s development, including two delightful 'Mummy and Me' yoga sessions where mums and little ones could bond and engage. Hartland teachers were also there to chat about schooling options and answer any questions about education and curriculum in the UAE.

Meanwhile, medical experts from Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, including a gastroenterologist specialist, an obstetrics and gynecology consultant, and a head midwife, were on hand for expectant mums with questions about their pregnancies and how to keep healthy before and after delivery, as well as offering wider advice on keeping parents' and children’s tummies happy. Each mum was given a goody bag with some lovely crafty gifts for kids and more information on the pregnancy journey. Check out our photos, above, to meet the lovely ladies from Hartland International School and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital!

Keeping on this topic, Kibsons, our favourite online fruit and veg delivery service showed mums how to pack a delicious DIY box of healthy treats for family meals and lunchboxes, and they gave away plenty of delicious treats to everyone attending!

With a healthy lifestyle in mind, Skechers presented an array of fashionable footwear for active mums and stylish children's shoes for school and sports.

Meanwhile, activities such as colouring, crafts and balloon-shapes were provided by the fantastic team from Little Red Box, keeping little ones busy, and Malaak Mama and Baby Care were on hand to look after babies and tots so that mums could enjoy the breakfast, ask our experts questions, and check out the style-savvy footwear with ease!

Take a look through our gallery of party photos, above, and stay tuned for our next mummy morning meetup on our website and on social media (follow @babyandchilduae). See you next time!
