This Sunday 18 June, Dubai mums can receive free pampering treats at the Baby & Child Ramadan Playdates at Reform Social & Grill in The Lakes, while kids will also be entertained with a range of activities aimed at children aged 0 to 4.

Simply pop down with your little ones to the air-conditioned tent in The Orchard area of Reform  between 9.30-11.30am to be greeted by beauty experts from Cocoona and therapists from Tao Spa offering free mani-pedis, massages and more to treat busy Dubai mums in need of some well-deserved TLC. Don't worry about the kids getting restless - the experienced nurses from Malaak Mama & Baby Care will be on hand to care for infants and supervise arts and crafts activities, while toddlers and pre-schoolers will be kept happy with face painting, storytelling and sing-alongs by the entertainers from Caboodle.

Family party day

"We have been running events for mums in Dubai for over three years now, and our Mummy Mornings have become one of the most talked-about parenting events on the Dubai calendar," says Baby & Child editor Tabitha Barda. "We're always looking to push the envelope, and we know that the special month of Ramadan can be a challenge when it comes to entertaining little ones.

"The Baby & Child Ramadan Playdates have been arranged to give mums  in Dubai a comprehensive timetable of complimentary activities in which they can sample some of the best children's services and beauty treatments that the city has to offer, in a sociable environment, at a time when otherwise they might be stuck for things to do.

All babies welcome!

"We have worked with Reform many times in the past, with our Christmas market and with several mummy mornings, and its beautiful surroundings in The Lakes are perfect for the playdate activities.

All classes and treatments are free and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis on the day, apart from the Boogie Babies classes on Wednesdays, which must be pre-booked by emailing babyandchild@gulfnews.com.  See the event page for more information, or look at the timetable below.
